Future Perfect Tense

Future perfect tense is used to describe an action that precedes another in the future. 

Pattern: Subject + will/shall + have + past participle of verb

Example:

By the end of this year, the president will have established new industries in the country.
They
will have finished their work by tomorrow.
I shall have reached the school before the bell rings
He will have left Paris before I return.
The patient had died before the doctor came.
