Saying anything out loud

To say something out loud is to actually speak it, so that other people can hear you. A truly funny movie is one that makes you laugh out loud.

Everyone needs a friend. They can help you, and listen to you. You can have fun with friends. But never depend too much on anyone. A friend like you is like having no dark days because you brighten them up.

I am not saying that these are the best songs to dance but I am not giving that much hard.

Cold showers can work as a kind of gentle electroshock therapy. The cold water sends many electrical impulses to your brain.

Reward yourself

Despite what you may have heard, rewarding yourself is a good habit to build. Rewards get you to focus on the process. The end is not important, after all you’ll get ‘something’.

Smile or laugh out loud

Smiles are most often connected to a positive experience, while laughing is related to something unexpected, but not necessarily positive. Both (Laughing or smiling) instantly makes you feel good.
