7 Best Daily Good Habits

Read every day, even if its 15 mins or 30 mins. Its about developing a habit. Reading is a great habit to have. Slowly, you would realize that your concentration & focus would be significantly improved.

Saving a great habit to have. I understand, it’s not always possible to save every day. Most people assume saving equals to financial saving. Of course, financial savings is a “must have” habit, if not daily but monthly.

Do physical exercise. Cycling, running, brisk walking, stretches etc are excellent example if one is not interested in Weight Training. Yoga, breathing exercise & meditation are equally powerful for our inner well-being.

Sincerely thank someone who has helped you. Oh, not every day we are helped by people, correct? No, we are helped by many silent forces which we don’t get to see.

Always plan a day. Never start a day without having clarity of every hour as much as possible. This is a great way to be in charge /control of your day and time.

Well, learn or practice some life skill every day. For example: Wake up early, driving a car or bike, practice cooking, making your bed, cleaning your room or work /study desk etc.

After my session, many of clients have said that they felt motivated and charged up etc. As much as I appreciate this, I have always challenged this notion. I strongly believe, we should find our own triggers of motivation within us as a daily practice.
