Pavanamuktasana (Wind-Relieving Pose)
This pose helps to relieve gas and bloating, which can contribute to acidity. To do this pose, sit on the floor with your legs extended in front of you. Bend your right knee and bring your right foot to the inside of your left thigh. Cross your left arm over your right and place your left hand on the floor behind you. Twist to the left, bringing your right arm overhead. Hold the pose for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then repeat on the other side.
